Domestic 1st Type Denim Jacket

- Design -
A 1st type denim jacket.
This meticulously crafted piece is sewn by artisans at a factory in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, a denim production area.
While it has the basic appearance of a 1st type jacket, it features playful brand touches such as flap pockets, pink selvedge accents that look like hanger loops, and a T-back specification.
The back of the collar is reinforced with zigzag stitching, a detail often seen in military clothing, adding to the brand's unique style.
A deer tanned leather patch is added to the neck for an enjoyable aging process.
Features a two-needle cinch back.
One-washed for comfortable wear without stress.

- Fabric -
Utilizes a fabric that reproduces the vintage 47 model, often called "the complete form of denim," after analysis.
To recreate the feel of deadstock, pre-treatment is applied to achieve a deep indigo color.
The weft yarn is dyed in a yellowish beige to represent the color that would have transferred from indigo due to aging.
The warp yarn reproduces the weaving instability and fabric flaws of the time by mixing nep yarns.
The fabric has a rough, vintage-like appearance.
