Returns and exchanges (special return terms)

Returns are accepted when the conditions below are met. As this is a mail-order sale, the Japanese cooling-off system does not apply.

  • Window and conditions: contact us within 3 days of delivery for orders within Japan, or within 14 days of delivery for international orders. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. Sale items, pre-order items and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
  • Who pays the shipping: for change-of-mind returns the customer pays return shipping. For orders within Japan the original shipping cost (550 JPY, or 1,650 JPY for Okinawa) is also deducted; for international orders the original international shipping charge is non-refundable.
  • Defective or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we cover the return shipping cost.
  • EU customers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the final item of the order.

Size exchanges, pre-orders, repairs and re-shipping

  • Size exchange: please contact us first through the contact page. Not available for items with stains or odours.
  • Pre-order items: cancellations and size or colour changes are only possible during the pre-order period, and only for some products.
  • Repairs: please contact us through the contact page. We will help where we can; shipping to us is prepaid by the customer.
  • Re-shipping: if a package is returned to us because delivery was refused or you were away, re-shipping within Japan is freight collect. International re-shipping incurs a new shipping charge at cost.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped by Sagawa Express on weekdays only. We cannot accept delivery date or time requests, hold orders, or combine separate orders into one shipment. For hold-at-door or parcel-locker delivery within Japan, please arrange it yourself through Sagawa Express "Smart Club" or their official LINE account. Please enter your delivery address accurately; we may cancel an order if it is incomplete. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
