Shipping policy

International orders are shipped from Japan by Sagawa Express "Hikyaku International Delivery". Estimated transit time is 3-5 or 5-8 business days depending on the destination. Shipping rates are set per country or region and are shown at checkout. Transit times vary with customs clearance and local delivery conditions and are estimates only.

We currently ship to the following 15 countries and regions: United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, South Korea, and Hong Kong. Shipping rates and estimated transit times for each destination are shown automatically at checkout.

• Duties and taxes are not included: prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes (such as VAT / GST) or customs clearance charges applied in the destination country or region.
• Who pays: all import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or the local customs office on delivery.
• Refused delivery: if a package is returned to us because duties were not paid or delivery was refused, the outbound and return shipping costs are your responsibility and are deducted from any refund.

• Shipping days: weekdays only. We cannot ship on weekends or Japanese public holidays, and we cannot accept delivery date/time requests or hold orders.
• Combined shipping: not available. Orders are shipped individually.
• In-stock items: dispatched within one week of your order.
• Pre-order items: dispatched in the period stated on each product page.

If a package is returned to us for reasons on your side, such as a long absence or refused delivery, re-shipping incurs a new shipping charge at cost.

1. 1. We may cancel an order if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
2. 2. Shipping notifications are sent from store@subciety.jp. Please make sure you can receive email from this address. We may not be able to respond to requests written in the order notes field.
3. 3. Please check sizes and specifications before ordering. Delivery may be delayed by weather or traffic conditions.
4. 4. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the goods over to the carrier.
