Job Responsibilities

Production Management Assistant

  • Delivery date and shipping management (including negotiations with suppliers)
  • Ordering materials, including fabric
  • Ordering mass production
  • MD
  • Consideration and ordering of additional production

Shipping Instructions

  • Shipping instructions to customers, various EC platforms, etc.
  • Inventory management
  • EC inventory management

Photography Assistant

  • Product photography
  • Image editing
  • Retouching
  • Preparation for shoots, etc.

Working Hours

Complete Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays off / Start work after 10 AM

10:00 - 19:00 (Actual working hours: 8 hours/day)

Salary

Monthly salary: 250,000 yen - 472,160 yen

(*Estimated annual income: 3,300,000 yen - 6,000,000 yen)

*The probationary period is 6 months, during which the employment status will be contract employee. Other conditions remain unchanged.

The above amount includes deemed overtime pay (20 hours per month, 29,080 yen). *Any excess will be paid in full.
